Snow Way Snowmobiling is dedicated to snowmobile safety and instruction. We offer Free Youth and Adult Safety Classes, Private Snowmobile Lessons taught by Experienced Instructors, Lectures on Snowmobile Safety and Effects on the Environment. Our instructors have certified over 1,700 adult and youth students. Our site offers information at your fingertips on legal requirements and laws, snowmobile dealers, lodging, snowmobile manufacturers and products. We are located in Ulster County, New York which is in the Foothills of the Catskill Mountains. We have local and statewide information which is frequently updated.

Personal Instruction and Group Lessons Let's get ready and go for a safe ride.... Basic Class for Adult or Children This course will get you familiar with the operation of a snowmobile as well as give you a basic history of this sport. You will learn how to dress, plan and prepare for a ride. This course will take approximately 4-6 hours depending on your personal abilities. A free 8 hour course must be taken prior to this course. Prices: $225.00 with your snowmobile $350.00 with ours. Group (3 or more) rates are lower depending on number of students.We request 7-10 days advance notice of lesson requests. No lessons will be scheduled if snow conditions are inadequate. Students must E- mail any personal restrictions or health conditions prior to scheduling of classes. Personal snowmobiles must be registered and insured as required by New York State. |
